Frequently asked questions

Do I need an internet connection?

No. All four games, your scores and your statistics work fully offline. A connection is only needed to buy or restore the Pro unlock.

I bought Pro but it is not active.

Go to Settings → Restore purchase while online and signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it. Once restored, Pro keeps working offline.

Why do my levels stop at 5?

Levels 1–5 are free. The one-time Pro unlock raises the ceiling to level 20 on every game and adds full score history and custom round lengths.

The app is not starting or responding. What should I do?

Close and reopen the app, then restart your device. Also make sure you are using the latest version of Brain Games Offline and a current version of iOS.

How do I report a bug?

Email us with a short description of the problem. If possible, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that caused the issue.

How can I request a feature?

How does the app handle my data?

Your scores stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for information about analytics and how to switch it off.
